Esok MCO kali ke 3 untuk certain parts of Malaysia including KL.
Therefore, me and my colleagues decided untuk berkumpul and berbuka kat Nu Sentral, Original Kayu Nasi Kandar.
Makan malam harini di taja oleh my team leader Farah sebab kalah betting hahahaha
Berkumpul hari ini was different because this will be our last gathering together for group 7A.
Nope, I am not resigning.
I will be changing my team and my team leader as well.
It’s a sad moment for me. I thought I wouldn’t be crying. But I did.
No matter where you work at, you are bound to make friends.
Regardless kau kerja office atau retail, F&B or freelance.
You will make friends with the people at your workplace.
Because you spend half of your every day with them.
Benda paling best bila kau bekerja is when you get along with your coworkers and you being understanding with each other. I treat 7A (we were 7D when I first joined them) as my family. And I love our bonding and togetherness.
3 years with them and tiba-tiba kena tukar group and it was very sudden. Of course, I was furious and frustrated because never had I ever thought that I will be parted with them.
For 3 years, they are my family.
They understand my struggles.
They stop me from quitting my job because I couldn't take it when my commission was being calculated wrongly.
Or when some action executed unfairly.
Because most of my teammates are older than me, some are around my age they are like my sister and siblings for me from a different parents.
They get along, take care and treated Ali so nicely that they put my son first instead of me (on some occasion).
I am a person who always looking for motivation for my self in something or someone to keep going.
They gave me exactly the motivation that I need.
They will care about you on your good days, be there for you on your bad days.
We feel the same amount of pain during the hard times when our commission is not enough especially during the pandemic, some of us live paycheck to paycheck and some of us barely struggle to get by.
I am thankful for the team that I was in.
They are all nice and funny.
There is never a dull moment I work because we know when to have fun, and when to be serious.
I learn to work together as a team and form a close family out of it.
We had each other backs (though we badmouth each other too heee) and you look out for one another.

Now it's time to turn the page, to a team and new chapter of my work journal.
Even though we are still under the same roof, I am pretty sure the feeling won't be the same.
Nevertheless, I hope I can maintain the same amount of spirit and withstand the changes.
I know I will.
